Delivery Information
We aim to dispatch all in-stock items to UK addresses within 1 to 3 working days. As a small independent business, some products may be available on a pre-order basis, and not every item is held in stock at all times. You can find estimated lead times on individual product pages.
Furniture and fragile items may take a little longer to arrive, as they require delivery via specialist couriers. Please also allow for slightly extended dispatch times during busy periods such as sales or promotions. In line with our commitment to sustainability, we may consolidate orders into a single delivery where possible unless you request otherwise.
If you need to update your shipping address after your order has been dispatched, please be aware that a courier admin fee of £5.50 will apply. For any special delivery requests or questions, feel free to get in touch with us

Furniture Deliveries
Furniture orders are delivered by a specialist courier who will contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery date. While we cannot guarantee specific time slots, the courier will provide an estimated arrival time on the day of delivery.
Before placing a furniture order, please ensure that your chosen item can be successfully delivered into your home, taking into account doorways, staircases, and access routes. If delivery is unsuccessful due to access limitations and the item must be returned to us, a restocking fee may apply, and original delivery charges will be deducted from your refund. If we are unable to arrange delivery after multiple attempts, an additional redelivery fee will also apply.
Click & Collect
We do not currently offer a collection service for furniture orders.
International Furniture Delivery
We do not offer international delivery for furniture. We deliver only to the UK and Republic of Ireland. If you wish to arrange for your own courier to collect furniture from us for overseas delivery, you're welcome to do so. However, once the item leaves our care, we are not liable for any damage or loss during transit.
Please ensure your delivery address is entered accurately, including the postcode. We also recommend including a contact telephone number so our couriers can reach you directly to coordinate your delivery or reschedule if needed.
